The Charter and its 3 principles
1. Look after one's health and listen to one's limits
Qi Gong is a gentle and accessible practice, but each participant remains responsible for their own state of health and their engagement in the class. It is important to practise with respect for one's body, without forcing or seeking performance.
In case of pain, significant fatigue, injury or a particular health issue, it is recommended to inform the teacher before the start of the class. Participants adapt their practice to their current abilities and remain attentive to their own sensations.
2. Arrive on time to preserve the smooth running of the class
The class starts on time so that everyone can fully enter into the practice, calmly and without interruption.
We therefore invite each participant to arrive a few minutes before the start of the session, in order to settle in calmly.
Latecomers may disrupt the group's concentration and the quality of the practice, in such case, join with care and discretion. For the Heart Coherence Program, in the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing from participation, please inform the teacher as soon as possible.
3. Respect the calm and atmosphere of the class
Qi Gong invites us to slow down, breathe and bring our attention to the present moment. Calm is a full part of the experience.
During class, everyone is therefore mindful to respect the silence, concentration and practice space of other participants.
Phones are set to silent mode and questions or conversations take place at moment dedicated here for in practice time.
